Description

Ensure agent markdown renders as markdown and mode/mock/runtime diagnostics stay out of transcript bubbles.

Acceptance Criteria

• Markdown tables render in agent bubbles
• Runtime diagnostics are filtered before rendering
• Mode/mock/debug labels are absent from main transcript
• Passes S.U.P.E.R Quick Check for: S,P
• Satisfies test expectation: Shared render tests plus Web Playwright
• Updates resolved memory or instruction surfaces if durable project knowledge or agent instructions changed
