Description

Make Visual QA produce screenshot plus JSON metrics that an agent can inspect in a repeatable loop.

Acceptance Criteria

• Screenshot and metrics paths are printed and included in manifest
• Machine metrics fail on overflow/scroll/card stack defects
• Agent-inspection instructions are concise and not duplicated into AGENTS
• Passes S.U.P.E.R Quick Check for: P,E
• Satisfies test expectation: Visual QA script output validation
• Updates resolved memory or instruction surfaces if durable project knowledge or agent instructions changed
