Description

Run the final targeted matrix and record honest pass/fail evidence before merge.

Acceptance Criteria

• git diff --check and governance verifiers pass
• Shared/Desktop/Web chat gates pass
• Any skipped approved-real/package gate is stated as not tested
• Passes S.U.P.E.R Quick Check for: P,E
• Satisfies test expectation: Full targeted gates with evidence summary
• Updates resolved memory or instruction surfaces if durable project knowledge or agent instructions changed
