Currently the float aggregate is defined at contract product, this needs to be changed that the float belongs to the operator.
For the aggregate id can probably just use the operator id (e.g. FloatAggregate-)
As part of the job clean up the old aggregates at contract product level and combine the values.
This will have an impact on the setup application as that uses the contract product still
