Allow end time to be in the future

If Text is “530 to 545 foo” and the current time (5:40PM) is after the start time then it should set the time at 5:30 PM to 5:45 PM. Currently because the end time is after the current time it recordsbit as 5:30 AM to 5:45 AM.

I did some testing this afternoon; and it seems to problem is not only end time. It seems that it always saves as AM.
