A complication that shows the summation of the time that has been chronicled (minutes) divided by the total minutes currently spent for the day. Shows as green if it is over 80%; and red if it is less than 80%.

If we can, let's show it as a circle/ring that shows the percentage chronicled as a circle filled or not. Also, this complication will always launch the app to the dictation text input without suggestions. We need an result view on the watch after dictation is taken that looks better than what we have; where it shows the start-time, end-time and comments formatted to read it on the watch. I will add another issue for this.
