[Bug] Failed to upload profile picture — all images, web & mobile app

Platform: Mobile App

Pre-conditions:
Logged in as any user

Steps to reproduce:
Web

1. Log in and navigate to Profile → Edit Profile
2. Tap/click the profile picture to upload a new image
3. Select any image from the device
4. Crop and click "Upload"

Mobile app

1. Log in and navigate to Profile → Edit Profile
2. Tap the profile picture to upload a new image
3. Select any image from the device
4. Crop and click "Upload"

Expected result:
The selected image is uploaded and set as the user's profile picture.

Actual result:
The upload fails for all images — an error message is displayed.
No profile picture is updated.
