Problem
The README states approvals have a "configurable timeout → deny so a missing phone can't hang the agent", but the banner shows no countdown or remaining time. The user can't tell how long they have before it auto-denies.
Suggested fix
Show a countdown / progress indicator on the approval banner reflecting the timeout, so the deadline is visible.
