Terminal-tool / TUI lists reach exactly our audience (people comfortable in a terminal who'd enjoy a TUI learning loop).

Scope / acceptance criteria

• PR pylings to at least two of: agarrharr/awesome-cli-apps, rothgar/awesome-tuis, toolleeo/awesome-cli-apps-in-a-csv.
• Follow each list's entry format and placement rules.
• Consistent description: "Interactive Python exercises in a terminal TUI (Rustlings-style)."
• Link each PR back here.

Out of scope

• awesome-python (separate issue), Rustlings ports list (separate issue).
