Action missing the permissions-attestations input

The https://github.com/actions/create-github-app-token/blob/main/action.yml#L30 main action file is missing the permissions-attestations input, which is listed in https://docs.github.com/en/rest/apps/apps?apiVersion=2022-11-28#create-an-installation-access-token-for-an-app .

Maybe the action needs a run of regeneration of the inputs :)

feel free to send a pull request to update it manually for now if this is blocking you. We worked on automating the process based on GitHub's OpenAPI spec and https://github.com/octokit/app-permissions but there was some problem, I think the OpenAPI spec was not complete?

This is caused by the OpenAPI override files in octokit/openapi being out of sync with the actual API. The permissions block in those overrides is a frozen snapshot that has drifted over time.

There's an open PR to start addressing this upstream: octokit/openapi#529. Once the overrides are resynced, the missing permissions should be picked up automatically by the generator in this repo.
