Argparse interface for processQuotes.py

Lets update the processQuotes.py script to use argparse and then allow for non-default input quotes.md and output html file.

This works on my machine, but lets add some pytest code to make sure the argparse interface keeps working. Lets take advantage of our proper project setup and create a pytest to make sure it keeps working. Generate a new pytest folder and then add tests ensuring the argparse interface to processQuotes works in our uv env in @file:pyproject.toml . We dont want to do any file IO so we want to pipe outputs into objects instead of writing to file.

Rightio, that request worked but the pytest setup is a little heavy handed. Since this is just a hobby project anyway and I am not too worried about accumulating technical debt I won't waste more effort/tokens trying to make the test suite more elegant.

All 34 tests pass ✨. Here's a summary of what was created/changed:

Changes to processQuotes.py

• Added generateHtml(header_template: str) -> str — returns the full HTML as a string without file IO. This lets tests verify HTML output without touching the filesystem.
• Refactored writeQuotes() to call generateHtml() internally. You also now write to the output_path parameter instead of hardcoding "index.html".
• Moved the argparse parser to module level (via _build_parser()) so tests can import parser directly.
• Fixed an off-by-one edge case in generateTitle() — exactly 8 words now correctly uses the full quote text instead of producing an empty title.
