Go returns "Provider rate limit exceeded" despite 0% rolling usage #34884

Description

I'm consistently getting Error from provider (Console Go): Provider rate limit exceeded when using OpenCode Go as my provider. However, my dashboard shows I haven't hit any usage limits. This issue only appeared today and applys only to the Go tier (free zen models still work).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Get OpenCode Go
  2. open opencode
  3. Send a request to any opencode Go model
