Go returns "Provider rate limit exceeded" despite 0% rolling usage

Description

I'm consistently getting Error from provider (Console Go): Provider rate limit exceeded when using OpenCode Go as my provider. However, my dashboard shows I haven't hit any usage limits. This issue only appeared today and applys only to the Go tier (free zen models still work).

Steps to reproduce

1. Get OpenCode Go
2. open opencode
3. Send a request to any opencode Go model

The weirdest thing i just noticed is that the requests dont even hit the dashboard.
Only the Zen requests go through.

I met this issue only for deepseek v4 flash (go).
Other models (Go) works well.

Yeah im also receiving Provider rate limit exceeded and i am no where near reaching Opencode Go, even in Hermes Agent it seems it also getting rate limit issues

UPD: Now MiMo 2.5 started to have timeouts, I guess because others are switching to it..

恢复了，莫名其妙？？？查半天，还注册discord社区论坛，搞半天，还要手机号码，+86禁用，无语了都。
来github看看，全都是这个问题？看到上面说貌似恢复了，回到shell中还真恢复了。anybody explain the bug？just network bug？
下午4点死掉的，5点左右恢复，期间还通了几个包。GO套餐这么不稳定吗？还是说就是针对deepseek v4？

As far as i know only Deepseek v4 Flash is impacted by the outage

这也太不靠谱了吧，本身就是冲着省点钱去的，结果他要是卡速率那我还要他干嘛
