[Task]: Python quickstart lists outdated Python version support (missing 3.13, still lists 3.8) #39121

Description

@jayjayakumar

What needs to happen?

The quickstart page says the Python SDK supports 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11 and 3.12
but this looks outdated. 3.8 support was dropped in 2.60.0 and 3.13 has been
supported since 2.69.0 but isn't mentioned.

File: website/www/site/content/en/get-started/quickstart-py.md (line 26)

Happy to send a PR to update the version list if this hasn't been picked up yet.
