Account and user search doesn't work in UI ACS 4.22

After updating from 4.19 to 4.22, we noticed that the account search button UI wasn't working. Clicking it didn't do anything.

On 4.19 env

The following apis are getting executed

Account search

http://8080/client/api/?keyword=acs&page=1&pagesize=20&listall=true&showIcon=true&command=listAccounts&response=json&sessionkey=NM95PAyrVwbXfYF444MKaiO_Vb4

Account Filter

On 4.22 environment

No such api's were executed

The issue is also present if a environment gets upgraded from 4.19 to 4.20

Can you please check with recent nightlies of 4.20/4.22 branch?
