[feat]: add a blog

currently /blog in opensox is shit.

update it so it looks good.

here's the insipiration for /blog: https://obsidian.md/blog/

and blogs can be like this: https://obsidian.md/blog/cure53-tob-sync-audits/

some notes:

• please keep it minimal, simple and effective.
• use helvetica font for the headings (add it in the tailwind)
• pls don't over engineer it. keep it simple and fast.
• probably use mdx for the blogs (lemme know if you have a better idea).
