[rvmp-1]: revamp the dashboard (usr)

we need to make these changes in opensox.ai/dashboard

in /home

• delete awesome-sass and gsoc-orgs project from featured one
• improve the UI of the table in which featured projects are shown

in /oss-projects

• fix the find project filter (it is too big and bulky) and remove last 3 filters from it
• add a button of get hand picked oss projects in oss-projects that redirects to /pricing
• add a cacellable bar (or header) above that says this is a legacy feature of opensox. here's more about it in this "more" should be a link and redirect to https://opensox.ai/blog/why-100-percent-software-isnt-good
