Trading Phase 3 — Trader Agent Proposal Generation

User Story: As the system orchestrator, I want a Trader Agent to convert an Investment Plan verdict into a concrete Trading Proposal, so that subjective analyses are turned into actionable market orders.
Acceptance Criteria:

• The Trader Agent successfully ingests the InvestmentPlan (bull/bear verdict).
• The Agent generates a standardized TraderProposal data object.
• The TraderProposal must include: action, reasoning, entry_price, stop_loss, and position_size.
