User Story: As the system orchestrator, I want a generated trading proposal to be debated by three distinct risk personas and finalized by a Portfolio Manager agent, so that automated trades undergo rigorous risk assessment before execution.
Acceptance Criteria:

• A workflow is triggered where three AI personas (Aggressive, Conservative, Neutral) independently analyze and argue the TraderProposal.
• The output of this debate is ingested by a final "Portfolio Manager" agent.
• The Portfolio Manager agent issues a final Go/No-Go decision based on the debate logic
