Follow schema v0.0.16: bridge import path is bridge.js

Schema renamed bridge/bridge.mjs → bridge/bridge.js (bitcoin-desktop/schema#34). Update the publisher import and refresh the gh-pages-pinned dependency; restart the pm2 publishers deliberately so any breakage fails now, not at 3am.
