Allow Triangle.drop() to drop origin levels

Triangle.drop() should allow for the dropping of origin levels when axis=2.

Dropping of labels that are not the first or last origin period should not be allowed.

i'd like to take this one next. with the axis alternatives in #1131, origin= already routes to axis 2, it just needs the actual origin level dropping implemented. i'll follow up with development (#1057) after since it should share the same approach. please assign me when you get a chance.
