The splash screen is not working for me on Windows

I'm testing to day on my laptop for which I have 225% scaling:

The initial splash shows fine when it switch to show progress it looks like the above.

Also seeing this issue on below environment when my screen resolution of my laptop is 225%

But when i am at 200%, both the splash screens come up.

My environment is
Eclipse SDK
Version: 2025-06 (4.36)
Build id: I20250409-1800
OS: Windows 11, v.10.0, x86_64 / win32
Java vendor: Eclipse Adoptium
Java runtime version: 23.0.1+11
Java version: 23.0.1

This is probably a regression of:

• Proper rescaling for win32 splash screen image #2858

I started looking into this: so far I can only confirm that the bug was indeed introduced by #2858.

I wasn't able to reproduce it using any other zooming factor (125%, 150%, 175% and 200%). My monitor goes as far as 225%.
