Due to e949b0d outputs from dry-runs are never printed to the terminal, as the default log-level is WARNING.

Is it a good idea to make it similar with other script by introducing -v for verbose instead of -q for quiet as it is now?

Or do you think it's breaking change?

It is a bug, so I would say first reinstate the previous behaviour. That can be done by using print for this kind of data, as the feature is to display things to the terminal, so print is not wrong.
