"! Run in shell" is not working

Describe the bug

"! Run in shell" is not working when I enter "!" it shows "Run in shell" below the chat window but when I enter a command such as !ls or !get-Childitem the respond I get is ✗ $ ls, etc. expecting to run the CLI command and via pass the Model. I also try to pass commands with path !Show-MarkDown -Path .\TodayTaskList.md same results.

I can reproduce this: the problem seems to be that those commands are run in the Command Prompt (cmd), not in Power Shell. Let me look into this… 🕵️

We have changed this behavior to rely on Power Shell when available. Should be out in an upcoming release.
