[BUG]: jbang-example.java with wrong dependency version

What happened?

This commit d0b4167#diff-fc363ae2061dd31e7978e4d7b98de9a4dcb1b298ef009b258f67fcc95090cc99L2 shows an issue with jbang-example.java where the version of the copilot-sdk-java is invalid.

It may have been caused due to a string replacement during release workflow
