Summary

Create an app marketplace where third-party developers can publish and sell extensions and integrations (including ERP and CMS connectors).

Scope

In scope:

• App listing and discovery
• ERP connectors (inventory sync, order processing, customer data)
• CMS connectors (content management integration)
• Developer-facing submission flow

Out of scope:

• Payment / revenue share for paid apps (phase 2)

Acceptance Criteria

• Developers can submit an app via defined spec
• Apps are listed and searchable in the marketplace
• At least one reference ERP connector is documented and functional
• At least one reference CMS connector is documented and functional
