Summary

Develop an agent marketplace where users can create and share AI agents that automate tasks within the platform, using the a2a protocol for inter-agent communication.

Scope

In scope:

• Agent listing and discovery
• AgentCard format for skills/capabilities
• a2a protocol definition and implementation
• Agent-to-agent communication

Out of scope:

• Buyer-journey agents (separate issue [Initiative] Agents for the Buyer Journey (MCP / ACP / UCP) #36)

Acceptance Criteria

• AgentCard schema is defined and versioned
• Agents are discoverable via marketplace API
• Two agents can communicate via a2a protocol in a reference implementation
• Protocol spec is published in docs/
