We need to update the 'Populate github-handle' template to make the instructions more clear for developers working on the issue.

Action Items

• Remove the following line from the populate-github-handle.md template ¹ :

  - [ ] Locate the GitHub username for [INSERT MEMBER NAME] in their existing `github` variable URL (e.g.,`https://github.com/githubusername`)
