Describe the bug
Describe the bug
When I run an Oracle SQL query, I got wrong characters in varchar2 columns result. Data is OK in the database. Not all results are wrong, but in cikkmegnevezes column, mostly all records are wrong. But in cikkszamon column (also varchar2 type), it returns correct results.
From oracle developer, 21747 row returns "Metzenbaum olló fig.1egy. delikat 14,5 cm" as cikkmegnevezes, and 23799 row returns "Jacobi f. alákötőtű" as cikkmegnevezes.
To Reproduce
Run any query that returns varchar2 results. nls_characterset is EE8ISO8859P2.
Screenshots
I have attached a screenshot about the querys, and the results. It contains dumps about cikkmegnevezes too.
