What was implemented

New file: bonbon-lambda/claude_agent/app.py

A Lambda handler that runs a ReAct-style agentic loop against the Claude API:

1. THINK — any text block Claude emits before acting is recorded as a THINK trace entry
2. ACT — when Claude calls the get_current_time tool the call is recorded as ACT
3. OBSERVE — the tool result is fed back to Claude and recorded as OBSERVE
4. The loop continues until stop_reason == "end_turn", then returns the final answer and the full trace

Endpoint: POST /agent

Template changes (template.yaml):

• Added AnthropicApiKey CloudFormation parameter (NoEcho: true)
• Added ClaudeAgentFunction with Timeout: 30 (overrides the global 3s) and ANTHROPIC_API_KEY env var
• Added POST /agent route on the existing BonBonApi
