What changed

hello_world/app.py — replaced the hardcoded "hello world" response with a real Claude call. Reads prompt from query string (GET /hello?prompt=...), falls back to "Say hello!" if omitted, and returns Claude's response as {"message": "..."}.

template.yaml — added ANTHROPIC_API_KEY env var and raised HelloWorldFunction timeout from 3 s to 30 s (needed for Claude API round-trips).

hello_world/requirements.txt — added anthropic.

tests/unit/test_handler.py — rewrote tests to mock the Anthropic client and assert prompt is passed through correctly.
