WHEN YOU USE THE BRASS HOSE PULLY IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. PLACE DOWN TANK FILL WITH LIQUED
2. PIPE TO HOSE PULLY
3. RUN OUMO

Expected behavior
IT TO WORK LIKE A NORMAL HOUSE PULLY
