Feature description
When you're viewing a repository, you can click on the Issues tab to see a list of open issues.

I would like to have the same thing for an organization or user:

Maybe make it configurable, which repos should be included.
Why?
Make things as easy as possible for contributors. I am contributor in an organization where there are a bunch of repositories and it would be useful to see list of all issues (not just for me, as member I can select organization from list, not all contributors are collaborators in organization).
You can construct the URL yourself, by just clicking on Issues on the top bar and adding org:<orgname>, removing "author:" (example: npm).
Why not make it even easier: have a link to just click on! We want contributors to spend time contributing - not figure out how to use GitHub.
Disclaimer: I did search for already existing similar issues here, did not find any. Neither did I find a way to do this, but I am not a GitHub pro.
