Feature Request : Improve PR Template flow #1951

Github already have prompt page for choosing issue template when opening a new issue. Would be great if this is also the case when creating a new Pull Request when we have multiple PR templates in the repository.
Currently, the only way I know is through query string (
?template=template_name_here.md) which I guess unintuitive.Cheers 🍻
