Admin can delete a doctor profile

User Story

Title:
As an admin, I want to delete a doctor's profile, so that inactive doctors no longer appear on the platform.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. The admin can select a doctor from the doctors list.
2. The system displays a confirmation message before deletion.
3. The doctor is removed or marked as inactive after confirmation.
4. The system prevents accidental deletion.
5. The doctors list is updated after the operation.

• Soft deletion is recommended when the doctor has appointment history.
