Sets up one canonical context file that every AI assistant reads, instead of pasting the same background into each tool by hand.
AGENTS.mdholds the actual content: the target layout (host app,EditorExtension,ExtensionService,CommunicationBridge, theCoreandToolpackages), the local build and unit test commands fromDEVELOPMENT.md, the SwiftFormat style rule, and the working agreements for how tasks are split between tools.CLAUDE.md,GEMINI.md,.github/copilot-instructions.mdand.cursor/rules/project-context.mdcare one-line pointers to it, so Claude, Gemini, Copilot and Cursor all pick up the same context and there is only one file to keep current.No code or build configuration is touched.
