Title:
As an admin, I want to log out of the portal to protect system access after I finish my session.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Admin can click the logout button from any page.
2. The active session is terminated upon logout.
3. Admin is redirected to the login page.

• Prevent access to protected pages after logout.
