Steps to reproduce

Connect an MCP Server with Hints (e.g. readOnly = true)
Expectation is that no user confirmation is needed to call the tool like in VS Code.

MCP Client should consinder hints and don't ask for confirmation for certain hints

Actual behavior

MCP Client should consinder asks always for confirmation
