[Bug] Highlighted filenames and links are hard to read in dark mode.

• Plugin Version: 0.18.0.202606020012_nightly

Describe the bug
Highlighted filenames and links are hard to read in dark mode. The dark blue does not provide enough contrast against the black background.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings/Appearance'
2. Change theme to 'Dark'
3. Go to GitHub Copilot chat window and give it a task
4. The response from Copilot will contain difficult to read highlighted text.

Expected behavior
A different colour (perhaps light blue when in dark mode instead of dark blue) would make the highlighted text more readable.
