[Bug]: Nextcloud 33.0.3 and newer show rounded corners between navigation and file browser

Bug description

Nextcloud 33.0.3 or newer show a visual error in the "Files" app - between the navigation and the main content pane, there are additional rounded corners:

Steps to reproduce

1. Upgrade to Nextcloud 33.0.5
2. Open the "Files" app

Expected behavior

There are no rounded corners between the navigation pane and the main content pane of the "Files" app.

Additional info

I am aware of the MIME-Type issues caused by the draw.io integration app. This is not relevant for the visual problem.

I first noticed with on a test instance with 33.0.5 but another instance with version 33.0.3 shows the same problem.
