Bug description
Nextcloud 33.0.3 or newer show a visual error in the "Files" app - between the navigation and the main content pane, there are additional rounded corners:
Steps to reproduce
- Upgrade to Nextcloud 33.0.5
- Open the "Files" app
Expected behavior
There are no rounded corners between the navigation pane and the main content pane of the "Files" app.

I first noticed with on a test instance with 33.0.5 but another instance with version 33.0.3 shows the same problem.
