I'm seeing an issue with devloop workflows where if I label multiple issues as agent-ready, only the first labeled issue actually gets worked.
That flow works exactly as expected. The agent reviews the issue and implements it, then posts a PR, then devloop-bot reviews the PR and leaves it's feedback, then I can comment or review as necessary and devloop responds, then finally I can merge it.
However, devloop does not pick up the next issue once it has posted it's PR and given it's review as intended.
We need to figure out why devloop bot is not picking up the next available task.
