What Version of o3-mini and o1 Does Copilot Use?

Specifically o3-mini and o1, each of which have three main versions; low, medium, high. Does anybody know which ones are used as of now? And where can I find this information for future reference?

Bonus points if you also have info on context size and other relevant parameters :)

GitHub Copilot uses o3-mini in the medium version. (Source: GitHub blog).

I can't find much information on the o1, but I imagine it too is also the medium version.
