I want to add storage to one of my organizations. When I click Add more data button I get Data packs are not available for this account. error. Before this I could add more data. For some reason my bank rejected the payment. When I changed the payment method and tried again I get this error now. Please help. Thanks in advance

I am having the same problem. On my organization Billing panel, after pressing 'Add more data' button on lfs category I am brought back to my personal, organisation-owner account.

I asked github support for this and they said they are changing the way we buy storage. I think they will charge as you use. It is interesting that they didn't show any warning about this.

My users cannot even pull my repo

Error downloading object ... This repository is over its data quota. Account responsible for LFS bandwidth should purchase more data packs to restore access.

I also contacted github support and here is their response:

We're in the process of moving all accounts to our new billing platform, where billing for Large File Storage (LFS) is a bit different, as it is now based on actual usage in the previous month, rather than purchasing individual LFS data packs (which added 50GB of Storage and Bandwidth.)
Your account *** has made that shift today, so you now have an included allowance of 10 GiB for Storage and 10 GiB for Bandwidth. Usage beyond this is managed via a budget, which is currently set to $0, but you can increase it as outlined in this guide:

TL;DR: Just wait until your account automatically moves to the new billing system.

I was also experiencing the same issue, so I contacted support and explained the following:

• I was unable to purchase a data pack.
• However, I was also unable to use the new billing platform.
• As a result, I couldn’t use LFS.

A few hours later, I received the following response and my organization was migrated to the new billing platform:

"I've migrated your organisation over to our new billing platform today, so you should now have the same included entitlements over there, and the ability to set a budget as needed."

At this point, it seems that contacting support is the best course of action.

This is really a severe problem, and after a week has passed, they cannot even fix this. It is amazing.

My project is also completely stuck since one week and everything was moved to bitbucket.. how taking money such a hard thing?
