Hi @Alidadei,

You may be seeing that because you applied using the old method on the application page, now it can be done directly in the user settings. You might want to contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and ask them.

When benefits are available, in your user settings you'll see the same as in the screenshot below (the PRO badge will also show up on your profile):

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.
