how to create todo android mobile application that using Quick setting to add new task while running on other applications? like While I'm reading book in reader app, I can set new task without exit reader app

1. Enable Quick Settings Tile Service
2. Create the TileService
3. 3. Create the QuickAddTaskActivity
4. Implement the Add Task UI (Very Simple)
5. Add the Tile Manually (only needed once)
