Great question about GitHub Copilot Pro's device limits! Here's the official information:

📱 GitHub Copilot Pro Device Policy 

- ✅ **No hard device limit**: You can install and activate Copilot Pro on multiple machines
- ✅ **Simultaneous use**: Can run on VS Code across different devices at the same time
- 🔒 **Single account**: All usage must be under your individual student account

⚠️ Important Notes

  1. Fair Use Policy applies - extremely high usage patterns may trigger review
  2. Student Verification required - must maintain active student status
  3. IDE Limits:
    • Officially supports VS Code, Visual Studio, JetBrains IDEs, and Neovim
    • Each IDE may have its own session management
