Hi @James-E-A, I dug into this further - it looks like if a user does not have push access and is not a contributor to the repo they cannot report a comment. However, you could still use our report user feature to do the report this behavior: Thanks for flagging this and writing in to the community! |

Unfortunately, this doesn't work. Not only is the account still up, but its spam comments are also still up, despite linking at least one in the abuse report.
I submitted another abuse report today, just in case...
