Can't switch to included model 4o.

I can't seem to be able to witch to the included 4o model from 4.1.
It states only that I ran out of premium requests (which is true) and automatically switches to 4.1 back.
It should not happen as Github Copilot states that 4o is INCLUDED in the plan.
I would have tried to see performances differences between models in agentic mode, as 4.1 is unreliable. (over the scope of this issue)

According to the current behaviour, when you run out of premium requests, GPT-4o is not available and Copilot switches back to 4.1, even though 4o is supposed to be included. This appears to be a known issue and is under review by the GitHub team
