You can contact GitHub Support again or check some YouTube videos on how to create a support token and submit your issue properly. After submitting, you may need to wait—it can take a long time. In my case, my account was also banned. But after I contacted support and waited patiently, I eventually got my account back. So don’t lose hope; it just takes time.
