Unable to access a repo/Org using a new account created with my org email address

Hello,

I am facing issue in accepting invite for a particular repo/Org. The error message which I get is - "There was an issue joining the enterprise: Your GitHub user account @ey-manas-roy is currently unlinked. However, you are attempting to authenticate with your Identity Provider using the 'Manas.Roy@gds.ey.com' SAML identity which is already linked to a different GitHub user account in the enterprise. Please reach out to one of your GitHub enterprise owners for assistance. "

Below are some details which are probably causing this issue:

1. I previously had access to this org using another GitHub account "manas-spec" for which I longer have the authenticator app set up and recovery codes. So I have unlinked my email from this account
2. My email was also linked to an enterprise account which i got removed recently.

In my knowledge this current account(ey-manas-roy) is the only GitHub account where I have my employer's email address linked. Could anyone help me debug this so I can join the required org/repo and start my tasks?
