Hi Vijay, It looks like the automated system is repeatedly rejecting your application. Since you’ve already ensured that:
The best step now is to request a manual review by GitHub Education support. You can do this by replying on your application page or contacting them via email at [education@github.com](mailto:education@github.com). Make sure your document is clear and high-quality sometimes small issues like blur, glare, or mismatched names can trigger rejections. If everything looks correct, GitHub staff should be able to approve your application manually. Hope this helps! |

Hi Akshay,
Thank you so much for your clear and helpful guidance. It's been a bit
frustrating dealing with the automated rejections, and your advice is
greatly appreciated.
I will follow your suggestion and contact GitHub Education support to
request a manual review of my application. I'll also double-check my
enrollment document one more time for any potential issues like blur or
glare before I send it.
Hopefully, this resolves the issue. Thanks again for your help!
Best regards, Vijay Holve

Hey there! 👋 Thanks for posting in the GitHub Community, @vijayholve! We're happy you're here. You are more likely to get a useful response if you are posting in the applicable category. The Accessibility category is a place for our community to discuss and provide feedback on the digital accessibility of GitHub products. Digital accessibility means that GitHub tools, and technologies, are designed and developed so that people with disabilities can use them. I've gone ahead and moved this to the correct category for you. Good luck! |

Hi Vijay 👋, Here are a few things you can try that have helped other students in similar situations: ✅ 1. Use your official student email (if you have one) ✅ 2. Resubmit the application with a single PDF instead of a photo Sometimes the auto review flags photos but passes PDF scans. ✅ 3. Mention the document type exactly in the “additional information” field ✅ 4. Contact support via https://support.github.com/contact and select ✅ 5. Be patient after resubmitting If you follow the above steps, especially #1 and #4, your application will most likely be approved after a manual review. |

Hello GitHub Education Team,
My name is Vijay Sunil Gholve and my GitHub username is @vijayholve.
I am writing because my application for the Student Developer Pack has been rejected multiple times. I have tried to contact support, but the virtual assistant ended the chat without letting me create a ticket.
I have carefully followed all the instructions to fix my application:
Could a member of the staff please take a moment to manually review my application? I believe all my information is now correct and the automated system is stuck in a loop.
Thank you for your time and help.
